Lords Recreation Centre

Lords Recreation Centre is a multi-function recreation centre catering for individuals, sporting teams and other groups. We have five full sized Basketball and Netball courts, nine Volleyball courts, three Squash courts, two Tennis courts and two areas large enough for full sized courts. We also have a full sized pool and gym, plus onsite cafe and meeting room.

Our Services;

Group Fitness: Our group fitness offers a fun and social atmosphere, providing classes for all fitness levels and all ages. The classes give you the opportunity to improve your cardio fitness levels, tone your body and increase your mental clarity.

Gym, Gynamsium: The best thing about our gym is that there's always a trained instructor on shift to help you. Whether you're in need of help choosing what exercise to do, or even how to do them our instructors are there help.

Basketball: Basketball Games at Lords Recreation Centre is played exactly the same way as any other basketball you have played. It is an energising, fast paced game with five players on each team. Played on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights we have a place in our team for you.

Netball: At Lords Recreation Centre we play traditional netball and also cater for mixed and women's teams. Our games are governed by high quality umpires and we also have a licensed bar on site to help you make the most of this great social sport experience.

Tribe Team Training: TRIBE Team Training is the latest group training sensation at Lords Recreation Centre. Come in and try our most motivating, innovative, dynamic and rewarding workout around! TRIBE Team Training is a functional fifty-minute workout program that delivers results, season after season. With teams (Tribes) of no more than ten members this program provides you with the individual and targeted attention of personal training.
